Meet your new committee, Part 1

This is the first in a series of introductions to the new 2005/6 AUS Canterbury Branch committee, in its members' own words.

First up are Manja Pieters, our incoming Vice-President, and returning member-at-large Bill Rosenberg.

Manja (at left) is an ex professional beach bum (Coastal Geographer) turned professional bookworm (Engineering Library Assistant) and film artist (TAFS postgrad). She blew whistles, waved placards and beeped her car horn at the last few strikes. She also hung out at YUM camp and the Status of Women's conference in Wellywood. When she grows up she wants to be an Astronaut but a filmmaker would do.

Bill Rosenberg (at right) works in Information Technology Services and is a former National President of the Association.
