We are pleased to advise that with effect from 1 March 2008, EBS Standard Plan Benefits have been reviewed and improved, with no extra cost to our members!!

Following a review by our actuaries, the EBS board voted unanimously to enhance EBS Standard Plan Benefits available to you.

• The Optical maximum benefit has been increased from $150 to $200
• Audiology costs are now included under the Complementary Medical benefit.
• The Hospital benefit has been increased from $600 to $700
• The Medical Appliance benefit has been increased from $250 to $300
• The Complementary Medical benefit has been increased from $300 to $375
• The Medical benefit has been increased from $700 to $750
• A stand alone benefit for CT, MRI and Angiogram diagnostic has been introduced as a separate benefit up to a maximum of $600, provided that subscriptions have been paid for six months prior to the date of the procedure.
